As we all know by now, I am a hoe for Trader Joe’s. Everything is so amazing quality and taste-wise, and you really can’t beat the prices. At the beginning of each week, I restock our family favorites for quick meals, staple items, and yummy snacks. Thought I’d share the wealth (and health) with you all!
Here are some of my Trader Joe’s essentials for your next grocery run:
Carbs
- Sourdough Bread (a better bread option for my gluten-free girlies out there)
- Gluten-Free Everything Bagels (with avocado, this is my favorite after a workout, gotta get those booty gains)
- Brown Rice Cakes (fave snack with peanut butter on it)
- Gluten-Free Crispbread, Norwegian Crispbread (dip in hummus for the perfect snack)
- Pita Bread (also a good lil snack with hummus or along with a salad)
Beverages
- Tejava Unsweetened Black Tea
- Green & White Iced Tea
- Sparkling Black Tea with Peach Juice (a fun way to switch it up, low sugar)
- “Hulk Juice” is the Organic Power Greens Juice (I tell my kids this is what the Hulk drinks to get his muscles)
Snacks
- Organic Cut And Peeled Carrots
- Organic Sweet Mini Peppers
- Spicy Hummus Dip (Ty and the kids love this with veggies)
- Hummus Dip
Staples
- Frozen Organic Mixed Berry Blend, Frozen Raspberries (for my post-workout smoothies)
- Broccoli Slaw & Kale Salad with White Chicken Meat (my personal favorite for lunch or dinner + SIBO friendly)
- Lemon Chicken & Arugula Salad (Tyler’s fave)
- Southwestern Chopped Salad
- BBQ & Black Pepper Toscano Chopped Salad
- Frozen Chicken (crockpot recipes here)
- Frozen Veggies
- Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
- Island Soyaki (add pineapple & chicken for this yummy recipe, or this vegan deliciousness)
