How I Make My Protein Shakes

This little part of my day is a moment of joy just for me after a good workout. I love how I feel after getting my sweat on, and then repairing my body and muscles with this yummy shake. Protein to build muscles, chia seeds for fiber and another source of protein, and collagen for skin & muscle repair!

  1. Add milk of choice or water to blender
  2. 1-2 scoops of protein powder (I use Ritual while pregnant or Bubs)
  3. Peanut Butter
  4. Banana
  5. 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  6. Add water and ice, blend & enjoy!
