Healthy Detox Chicken Noodle Soup

Did you know lemons & peppers pull the toxins from your system? This is the perfect homey, feel-good, cuddly, soup and my favorite to make. Pro-tip, this soup pairs perfectly with your favorite fall movies!


  • Celery
  • Onions
  • Diced carrots
  • Diced cauliflower
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 2 cartons low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 chicken breasts, shredded
  • Sea salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Pasta of your choice


  • Warm the pot with virgin olive oil. Add diced carrots, celery, and onions, followed by cauliflower until softened
  • Add diced tomatoes, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Squeeze one lemon into the pot
  • Add shredded chicken
  • Squeeze second lemon
  • Add 2 cartons of chicken broth and more lemon juice (optional, use one carton + 4 cups of water + additional lemon juice)
  • Bring to boil then let simmer for 15-20 minutes
  • Meanwhile, cook and drain pasta
  • Add pasta to bowl and soup mix on top, garnish with jalapeño slices
